TSS Hour Tracker, provided by Tech Sourced Solutions (TSS). Effective October 30, 2026.

Information we collect

• Employee name and a 4-digit PIN used to sign in
• Clock-in and clock-out times and the job/school worked
• Job photos, stored in TSS's Google Drive
• Expense receipts submitted through the app

QuickBooks data

When a TSS manager connects QuickBooks Online, the app accesses customers, items, estimates and invoices only to create estimates and invoices at that manager's request. We do not access QuickBooks data for any other purpose.

How data is stored

App data is stored in TSS's Google Sheets and Google Drive. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are stored securely in Google Apps Script properties and are never shown in the app.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Data is used only to operate the app and TSS business.

Disconnecting

A manager can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the QB tab in the app or from QuickBooks (Settings > Apps). Tokens are deleted on disconnect.
